Ideally suited for families and groups of friends, it offers plenty of privacy and tranquility, featuring a private entrance, a private garden, and dedicated parking. Thanks to its spacious ground-floor layout, it is also suitable for wheelchair users.

A large public playground is located right in front of the building, making the holiday home a popular choice for families with children. During the winter season, the holiday home is particularly appealing to cross-country skiing enthusiasts, as the trail starts right on the doorstep.

Our hotel also serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The Kirchbichl exit on the A12 motorway is just 3.1 mi away, and the Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area can be reached in about 15 minutes via the free ski bus.
