Located in Ebbs, right in the center of the Kaisergebirge Nature Reserve, Hotel Unterwirt features a roof terrace, a bar with an open fireplace, and a sauna. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

Since 1991 the Unterwirt's restaurant ist awarded by Gault Millau. The cuisine is focused on homemade and organic products, and guests can order special diet menus.

á la carte restaurant opening times: Thursday to Saturday: 12 noon - 2 p.m., 5.30 p.m. - 9.30 p.m. Wednesday (from July 2021): 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Sunday: 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.

2 large ski areas, the Zahmer Kaiser Ski Resort and the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental Ski Resort, can be reached within a 20-minute drive. A ski bus stops directly in front of the house. The hotel features a playground and a ski storage room.
