-Important information regarding the property environment: Our property is situated in a rural setting, surrounded by natural surroundings. -Despite regular cleaning and maintenance, the occasional presence of harmless insects (such as spiders, ants and mosquitoes), as well as nearby wildlife (including birds, bats, foxes and wild boar), may occur. -These elements are entirely beyond our control and do not, under any circumstances, indicate any lack of cleanliness or hygiene. -Similarly, the swimming pool may occasionally contain leaves, dust or pollen due to wind and the surrounding environment; its appearance may vary depending on weather conditions, although it is regularly maintained and remains fully suitable for use. -Furthermore, as the property is located in a countryside area, mobile network coverage, Wi-Fi, internet connection and satellite television reception may occasionally be unstable or subject to variation due to weather conditions and technical factors. -These aspects are inherent to rural accommodation and do not affect the overall quality, comfort or maintenance standards of the property; therefore, we are unable to accept any requests for compensation or commercial gestures relating to the above-mentioned situations. -Mandatory security deposit: In accordance with our booking terms and conditions, a pre-authorisation of €500.00 will be secured on your bank card on the day of check-in; this is not an immediate charge, as the amount is simply reserved by your bank. -The pre-authorisation will be automatically released following departure, provided no damage or disputes are identified.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
