Arne·5·Jun. 2026· "We spent 10 days in the apartment and loved it: very close to the gay clubs and bars, close the fancy and hipster style restaurants, quite close to the city centre and well connected to public transport. The apartment itself has everything you need including completely stuffed kitchen, wash machine, air conditioning, TV, balcony to sit on in the evening. Access and leave were also super easy. Yiannis is a great communicator and we hope to be allowed to be his guests again. Thanks for having us!"

The location is excellent as well — you're in a lively neighborhood, and the city center is only a few minutes away by metro. The small courtyard at the back is a real bonus, and there's even a supermarket nearby which makes things very convenient.
Before booking, I noticed there hadn't been any reviews since 2024, so I hoped I wouldn't be disappointed — and I definitely wasn't! I can only encourage anyone to choose this place for their stay in Athens.
Contrary to some other comments, I found the bed perfect and very comfortable — I slept extremely well from the very first night until the last.
The host may be a bit brief in his communication style, but he is nonetheless very efficient and responsive. I had a hot water issue during my stay and it was solved within 24 hours; each of my messages received an answer in less than an hour.
If I come back to Athens, this will definitely be my first choice."

Short walk over to the Acropolis and all the stuff in that area. Apartment is wonderfully decorated with nice amenities like washer/dryer and dish washer. Definitely hope to stay again next time I'm in Athens!"

Beat·5·Jul. 2026· "I can unreservedly recommend Oben's accommodation. Communication was straightforward from the start, and Oben is a very warm host. He gave me many great tips for the city, took time for nice conversations, and even surprised me with breakfast.
The apartment and bedroom are very beautiful, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the large terrace invites you to relax. The lovely cat also adds to the charm of the accommodation.
The metro is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are many good restaurants nearby. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back."

Johan·4·Nov. 2025· "From the start of my stay, arriving on Sunday afternoon with plenty of people socializing inside and outside of the corner bar and restaurants in the neighboorhood was truly great.
If you count an extra 15 minute walk, you can reach everything around the city center by food if you like walking.
I had some difficulties with the doorlook and badge, but everything else was perfect.
Might I warn that if people in the other flats (there are 4 in total) are a bit loud, this might impact your experience. In one bedroom you hear the flushing of toilet and water drains quite loud.
I would definitely recommend and might return."
