Mo·5·Jul. 2025· "A great stay and a wonderful host. The place was very clean and has nice decor. Host was super friendly, arranged everything orderly, smooth check in. I was able to spend a day in Manchester pretty easily; bus and then train. I picked the place based on wanting to stay near but not in the bustling city. The neighbourhood is great for walks and is safe. The amenities like the bathroom, kitchen and living area were great for a getaway. A10/10 host who definitely knows what he's doing 😉."

David and Jim·5·May. 2026· "What an absolutely fantastic couple of nights staying at Steve & Neil's beautiful home....the photos certainly don't do it justice. Our room was lovely and made even better by the stunning view.
On our arrival we had a great welcome from these lovely hosts. They can't do enough for their guests and pointed us in the direction of lots of places to see whilst in Liverpool. Their home is ideally located away from the city centre bustle but only a short distance by either car or train.
We spent a great evening chatting and enjoying a glass of wine, and on one of the mornings Steve served up a wonderful breakfast.....what a lovely surprise.
By the time we left, it was like saying bye to friends, and we will definitely be back.

He is really helpful and look after a guest and a good motivator to look around Liverpool and his house is very well organized and tidy especially his kitchen. Take N.82 bus, you can easily get to downtown area any time. It runs quite open. Bed is quite comfortable. I sincerely recommend his house. 2 Thumbs up. 👍👍"

We had a good chat after arrival and I had a good sleep on the firm and extremely comfortable bed. Loved the modern bathroom and kitchen and had a healthy breakfast in the morning which I really appreciated. James was quick to respond prior to booking and communicated well. Thoroughly recommend a stay with James 👍"

Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, great shower, easy public transport into the city centre, free parking, and very hospitable hosts who manage to be effortlessly friendly and helpful without being intrusive in any way. Although I was in Liverpool for work, I ended up feeling like I was on holiday. A great place to stay: l look forward to staying there again."
