Welcome to My Home in Vibrant Monton! Enjoy a bright, south-facing room in a relaxed, stylish home. You’ll have access to a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a brand-new kitchen perfect for cooking and chilling, and a cosy snug with a log burner—ideal for sharing a glass of wine and good conversation!

Kick off your shoes and make yourself at home! Guests are welcome to use all shared spaces. I’m a well-travelled, easy-going guy who loves meeting new people and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere. When I’m not travelling for work or pleasure, I work from home and enjoy good laughs along the way. Location perks:

Steps from Monton Road’s bars and restaurants for a great night out. Easy access to MediaCity, BBC, and the Coronation Street tour. Manchester city centre is close by—explore Canal Street, the Gay Village, Northern Quarter, Spinningfields, and more! Annual Pride in August is a must-see! Shopping? Head to the Trafford Centre—direct bus from the end of my road.

Transport is simple: bus, tram, train, or Uber. Manchester Airport and Piccadilly Station are easy to reach, and you’re welcome to park on my drive. When you need a break from the city buzz, enjoy countryside walks or the Bridgewater Canal just steps away. I’m a keen runner and happy to take you on a local run or point you to Worsley Woods Park Run (just 500m away). Looking forward to meeting you and making your stay unforgettable!

You’ll find Clonezone for toys, poppers, and clothing, and Basement Sauna, open late and welcoming a diverse crowd. Closer to home in Eccles, there’s a swingers club that occasionally hosts gay nights for something a little different. Fancy venturing further? Sauna Sauna (about 40 mins drive) is one of the region’s biggest gay saunas—Sunday is always a great day (my personal favourite!). If you’d like a local guide, I might even join you and show you around!

James is a really nice guy and the house is impeccably clean. James was flexible with both my check in and out. James is very chatty and we had some good conversations. His place is out a bit from city centre, but easily accessible by public transport, with a £2 bus from the stop around the corner, or grab a lift through the Bolt app for £10-12 if you're staying out late.

James has a lovely home and 2 old lovely dogs. We had a good chat after arrival and I had a good sleep on the firm and extremely comfortable bed. Loved the modern bathroom and kitchen and had a healthy breakfast in the morning which I really appreciated. James was quick to respond prior to booking and communicated well. Thoroughly recommend a stay with James 👍

You hope you have a nice stay when you book but to stay with James (and penny and Bentley ) meant having a home away from home while in Manchester, and Monton high street has some wonderful restaurants to boot.

Really great place and host a friendly dogs,,,.plenty of space , room..and James very good host. Easy for public transport...but handy place for local walks etc..would stay again..if in area..best wishes mick
