Thank you for looking at my modern guest room in my spacious and well-equipped city centre apartment

You’ll be staying in the historic Chepstow House, a converted cotton warehouse that dates from the Industrial Revolution. It was originally owned by Sam Mendel, ********

The room comes with a very comfortable bed (just read the reviews!),a Toshiba 50" Smart TV and a mini fridge plenty of fresh towels, linens, and ample wardrobe space so you can feel at home.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower room and heated towel rail.

Your booking also includes a free space in our gated car parking lot adjacent to the building.

As a Manchester local, I have thorough knowledge of the city and am always happy to point you in the right direction when it comes to attractions and local events.

Please note I am only accepting minimum two-night bookings at the moment.

For starters, the location is perfect, the room is spacious and warm, and it's quite convenient to have a bathroom for oneself. However, the strong and persistent smell of tobacco in the whole place was difficult to cope with, and the cat living in the flat is not included in the description. The decoration is amazing, but might reconsider if you're non-smoker or allergic to cats.

It was exactly what we wanted and needed. Brian was a great host, helped with phone and info about places. It is wonderfully located near transport and places to eat - best one "Rain Inn" right across the street. Also, need to mention, Brian's sense of style in decorating his home is brilliant. Could not have been more pleased with the experience. Thanks Brian. If I am ever back this way I will choose this place first Cheers

Brian's apartment was in the perfect spot to enjoy Manchester Pride... just a few minutes walk from the event and found in a historic period building that is converted into apartments. Our room had its own en-suite so allowed us total privacy if we wanted but Brian was also really accommodating and friendly. Check-in was easy and was really flexible given some travel delays. The apartment has lots of quirky furnishings too - we thought it was great and would definitely stay again. 5 stars for sure

Excellent location in an historic building close to the centre of Manchester. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Enjoyed my stay.
