Great location in the centre of trendy MCR location, Ancoats. We welcome guests to come and stay at our apartment. We have a lovely double room with private bathroom. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom has lovely shower. WiFi provided.

We had a fantastic stay with Josh, he was really welcoming and lovely, and came down to greet us and check us in. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the canal, and had a private bathroom and some basic amenities. It's in a great location - only a 5 min walk to a Puregym, 10-15 mins to the city centre. It's really great value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here, and I look forward to visiting again!

Stayed with Josh for a night last weekend and what a cool couple. So helpful, from the time we booked, everything was communicated clearly , Josh met us when we arrived , the room was perfect, the location was perfect and we had an amazing time in the city thanks to the location. I would recommend this room to anyone thinking of visiting the city . Thanks so much guys

Josh is the best! He welcomed me at the entrance, helped me with my luggage when I arrived and when I left as well, so many heavy bags! Josh kept checking on me with kind messages. The room is unlike the picture, it's spacious, his taste in furniture is amazing, the entire house is clean, tidy, and most importantly smells amazing, if I had enough time and money i woulda extended, highly recommended especially for those who appreciate quiet places like Josh's. Thank you, GLAD I stayed at you place.
