Simon is a fantastic host. It was lovely to stay with him. He made us feel really welcome and he ensured it felt like a home away from home. The flat itself was comfy and was in a great location.

Simon was the perfect host. Felt like we were old friends. We even went out for supper and a tour of the area bars. Such an interesting guy. His apartment is perfect. The bed and room were ideal, quite comfortable. I had my own spacious and well appointed bathroom. The whole place is so quiet with lots of natural light. Manchester is a hip and young city. I enjoyed walking around as the apartment is close to EVERYTHING. Wish I could have stayed for a month

This listing is so much more than its headline suggests... True - it’s centrally located etc but the place has warmth and welcome in abundance. And it’s comfortable in the ‘no standing on ceremony’ sense of the word ; atmospherically, it’s ‘home from home’. The said ‘double bed’ facilitates a great nights sleep, helped not least by a living environment that is quiet. Which is happily ironic given this apartment is sited just minutes walk away from some of Manchester’s very best retail, entertainment and transport offerings. In short, It’s a clever blend of the old & new. The mill origins of the complex offers up character & personality whilst it’s ‘development’ provides all mod cons. It works ! Simon is a really down to earth and relaxed guy. As a family man and as a Health sector professional, he’s got sound values. He’s authentic, intelligent, humorous, thoughtful and engaging. He’s well travelled too which is the basis of some great conversation...easily done over a shared bottle of wine ( or somewhat worse, a slightly dodgy looking mug of supposed tea 😬😉⚡)

Had a lovely room and shower room at Simon's place. He was also a good host and very pleasant company the short time we actually got together (both were working at Pride at different times)

Staying with Simon was a great pleasure. His apartment is situated in one of the coolest neighbourhoods in central Manchester, near to many fantastic restaurants and bars. I enjoyed getting to know Simon. He is bright, considerate, welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend staying with Simon.

Great communication from booking to arrival. Simon was very accommodating when adding an extra guest for the night as a last minute plan. Simon's place is clean and tidy and exactly how described. Great location and great price. Easy check in. Made to feel at home. Didn't see Simon until the morning but he is a nice guy and a great host. First time using Mr B+B and Simon made it easy. Will stay with Simon again if using Mr B+B in the future.

Fantastic stay with this gem of a man - beautiful flat in a converted mill very close to the city centre. Amazingly comfortable bed with separate bathroom and shower. Loved being able to be naked in the flat whenever we wanted - and of course joined by our perfect host. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
