Zen den in leafy area very close to centre

This is a double bed in a wood floor slightly hippy flat near the city centre. The area is very green and quiet even though its right near the centre. You have access to the galley kitchen and shared bathroom but I prefer the living room to be for myself as I work from home. I can give tips on where to eat and drink in Manchester. The gay village is only a 10-15 minute walk. There is a garden and a small parking space that is usually available but advance notice needed for that as it sometimes is not available. I live with a small friendly dog called Dimitri. Note the bed is very high as the legs have been extended for under-bed storage. A tall person has no problems but there are steps to help with getting on and off the bed.
