A great stay and a wonderful host. The place was very clean and has nice decor. Host was super friendly, arranged everything orderly, smooth check in. I was able to spend a day in Manchester pretty easily; bus and then train. I picked the place based on wanting to stay near but not in the bustling city. The neighbourhood is great for walks and is safe. The amenities like the bathroom, kitchen and living area were great for a getaway. A10/10 host who definitely knows what he's doing 😉.

Brent was a friendly and communicative host, really relaxed and also helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom next door was available for me to use as my own throughout the stay. The house is in a quiet and safe area, close to the bus network. I hope to come back again sometime in the future.

It was an immense pleasure in every way to stay with Brent. The room is very spacious and extremely comfortable. There is a bathroom right next to it, which was almost exclusively for my use during my visit. There is easy parking right near the house, which is on an attractive modern estate. Brent is a fantastic host: he is everything that he describes himself as and more! His communication was excellent and it was a huge pleasure to meet him. It would be a huge understatement to say that I enjoyed my stay with him. Highly recommended.
