Situated in a beautiful historic building just moments from the River Maas, it is ideally located for morning walks along the river and is also within very close proximity to metro lines and water buses as well as being very near proximity to excellent restaurants; you could hardly be better positioned.
Martijn and Bob are unparalleled hosts, creating a wonderfully relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in their exquisitely decorated apartment. Their knowledge of the area and things to see and do is vast and expert.
It was a real pleasure to have the use of their sauna and jacuzzi — the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I also had the pleasure of enjoying an exquisitely prepared dinner with Martijn and Bob, and the breakfasts were an absolute treat to the start the day.
If you find yourself in Rotterdam, this place is truly a must. Huge thanks to Martijn and Bob."

Ron·5·Aug. 2026· "This place is incredible! The house is immaculate. The pool and hot tub are ideal. I was able to take advantage of the clothing optional accommodations even within the city neighborhood. Every detail was well thought out and designed.
Kevin is an awesome host. He made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived until I left. He made sure that every detail was thought out about a guest's stay. The upstairs area was well appointed with everything I guess could need on his stay and then some.
I have been to several B&B's over the years and this one easily tops them all. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I will definitely return. I would recommend this place 100%."

My only negative was when speaking on text to the host, He said few times that I had a super budget rate and that its high season. When its low season, he mentioned this a few times. I personally found $75 a tad steep for an extra guest in the same bed a bit steep due to the original room rate per day. (My friend stayed elsewhere). But having said that when meeting him in person he was very sweet and kind."
