This place is incredible! The house is immaculate. The pool and hot tub are ideal. I was able to take advantage of the clothing optional accommodations even within the city neighborhood. Every detail was well thought out and designed. Kevin is an awesome host. He made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived until I left. He made sure that every detail was thought out about a guest's stay. The upstairs area was well appointed with everything I guess could need on his stay and then some. I have been to several B&B's over the years and this one easily tops them all. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I will definitely return. I would recommend this place 100%.

What a fantastic week in Memphis! Kevin, Jordan and little Gracie were excellent hosts, true southern hospitality. I echo previous reviews regarding the wonderful house, beautiful furnishings & amenities - all first class. What I appreciated the most was the relaxing & chill vibe in the home which made my long work days easier as I knew I'd be coming to a relaxed home. I highly recommend!

Nothing but perfection. Kevin is one of the sweetest, kindest, and genuine hosts. He has thought of every detail to make a stay perfect without missing a detail. First off, the house is perfection. Everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable. The pool and hottub are so clean and an added bonus for relaxation. I truly have nothing but praise for Kevin, his place, and all he has done to create an amazing atmosphere. I will without a doubt stay here again on my next visit to Memphis.

This trip was incredible due to the wonderful, caring, welcoming and incredible hosts. Kevin and Jordan are loving kind people who truly care about you and your visit to Memphis. I had an amazing time in Memphis, thanks in large part to my stay at Kevin's place. Kevin had to deal with a family matter, so his friend Jordan hosted in his place. Jordan was incredible. Their local restaurant recommendations were spot on; they were places I probably wouldn't have gone to if they hadn't recommended them. The house is just beautiful. We spent countless hours in the hot tub, and I even braved the pool in April. If I ever visit Memphis again, I would absolutely stay here.

Kevin and his home are 1st class all the way. Gracious, kind and hospitable are but a few adjectives to describe the experience and the man.
