Enjoy a private bedroom on the second floor of this historic newly remodel home in midtown Memphis . This is the Fleming Room. Beautiful tree top view from the windows. The bedroom has a queen size bed, Designer bed headboard and duvet cover. The drapery is blackout curtains. A phone charger and extension cord are provided. Upstairs has a coffee bar, microwave, refrigerator and a shared bath plus a large media and game room. Private clothing optional pool awaits you. 4 living areas for you to relax. Newly remodeled 5 bedroom 5 bath home that is close to everything. Walkable neighborhood and 3 blocks from 2 restaurants and a convenience store. 1 block to a walking trail that ends 1/2 mile away at the Crosstown concourse. You will be in midtown so you have access to local restaurants and entertainment just a mile or so away. A separate listing will show the Montgomery Room.
