The only thing that was missing was breakfast, but on the last day when I pointed it out, he prepared me an egg omelet with great care and affection.

Desde mi llegada a Madrid, cuando venía de afrontar una situación bastante compleja con el banco, fue especialmente sensible, comprensivo, flexible y descomplicado, algo que valoré muchísimo.
Es un ser humano interesante, generoso y cálido, con quien es muy fácil conectar, hablar de todo y disfrutar de conversaciones agradables. Compartimos momentos y alimentos en los espacios comunes de la casa, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más especial.
El alojamiento es todo lo que promete el anuncio y más, con una relación calidad-precio excelente. La habitación ofrece privacidad y comodidad, mientras que el baño, los balcones, la sala y la cocina son espacios compartidos muy agradables y funcionales. La televisión es enorme y hay una excelente selección de comodidades y elementos a disposición del huésped.
La ubicación también es estupenda: es muy fácil llegar y hay una estación de metro, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Además, se puede disfrutar de un parque, una iglesia preciosa, el río Manzanares y unas vistas increíbles del Palacio Real. El centro comercial Príncipe Pío también queda relativamente cerca.
En definitiva, una experiencia excelente por el alojamiento, la ubicación y, especialmente, por la calidad humana de Rafael. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo totalmente!"

The room and bathroom were in very good condition, clean and furnished with everything you need for a stay. The house has nice common areas and a very nice garden for the opportunity to sunbathe or just socialize with the other guests. The house is located about 8 minutes by car from Jumbo, as well as a 4 minute walk to a nice local shopping center and a 2 minute walk to shops and a small main street. can recommend and will be happy to return on a later occasion."

The gardens, ponds and outdoor areas are amazing! The house and bedroom are spacious and comfortable and the access to the dedicated play space adds more fun to the whole experience."

Each breakfast is different and delicately prepared. So it's delicious but also a pleasure for the eyes. And the advice and recommendations are relevant and very useful. We have only one regret and that is having already left."
