Everything very good: bed, bedroom, bathroom, location in the city, Juan and Manu: 10 points :-) Attention, for nudists, since there are only 3 guest rooms in total, nudism was barely possible for me. And the terrace being covered, it's not possible to sunbathe there. But even with that, I had really a very good stay there with them. Thank you very much Juan and Manu.

Juan and Manu are phenomenal hosts, the apartment is super well located, equipped and maintained. I loved it, it's the best place to stay in Valencia!!

Juan was a very attentive host, always mindful of what I needed, very communicative, and gave me many instructions on what to visit in Valencia. The house was very clean, the bedroom was very comfortable and I appreciated having a ceiling fan and a small refrigerator. It was great that on the spacious terrace there was a chill-out area with sofas where I could smoke and another area where I could eat or have breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended. !!!!!I will be back!!!!!

The stay at Juan's house was great. The house and room very comfortable. Very warm welcome from Juan and his partner. A very quiet room just like the house. Many facilities, information and advice. Breakfast and coffee. We shared moments of chatting and a nice dinner. But I had complete privacy. Good location. You can walk everywhere but if there's no good public transport! I hope to be able to return and share again. Thanks for everything Juan and Manu!

The communication was extremely poor and responses didn't arrive on time, though messages were sent a day in advance. I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to change location after two nights. The surveillance of my movements, the massage offer message a few days prior to my arrival and the attempt to open the door when I was inside my room made me decide to leave after 2 days.

Juan and Manu are very friendly and hospitable hosts. Juan provided a comprehensive list of things to do and see around the city and was always ready to chat and help with ideas and information. The location is excellent in a quiet area but only 5min walk to the Metro and easy to walk around locally and in the city and the beach, about 25 min walk away. Comfortable bed and room. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very welcome from the time that I arrived.

Juan and Manuel are very friendly and all around super host. The apartment is beautiful, in a great location and very clean. I highly recommend.

Juan and Manu are excellent hosts, always attentive to making the stay special. They offer daily replenishment of towels and sheets, as well as include breakfast. An experience worth repeating!
