Everything was excellent. Fabio agreed on a schedule, received me, and the apartment was perfect. Well located, clean, and super comfortable. He gave me a lot of information about the city and recommended places to visit. The apartment has a bike and that's great. If I return to Valencia, I would come back with Fabio!
