Hey, I’m Nik (📸 n1ktrail). German/Italian, early 30s, and based in Valencia. I run a global business here from Valencia and host occasionally because I enjoy making new connections from around the world.

I start my days with strong coffee, focused work, and a gym session. Outside work, I enjoy hikes, sports, cinema, and quiet nights in good company. I’ve lived in Prague, Seoul, and Italy. I connect easily with people who bring good energy, presence, and that aren't shy.

I’m direct, calm, and open-minded - a bit more introverted. I host selectively and only accept guests I feel naturally comfortable with. For me, energy and authenticity matter more than anything written in a profile.

The Flat (Your Home)
You’ll have your own private guest room in my apartment. It’s bright, calm, and designed with attention to detail.

You get...
- A desk and high-speed glass fibre internet
- View of the orange trees outside (orange season: early in the year)
- Private bathroom, newly renovated, with Rituals or L’Occitane amenities
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, Nespresso machine)
- LG OLED TV and dope smart-home lighting

If you stay two nights+, I’ll include a free access to the premium gym and spa right across the street.

How I Host
I only host when I’m at home. This isn’t a business. I do it because I enjoy hosting and meeting interesting people. The atmosphere is chill, respectful, and real. You’ll have your space, but if we get along, we can also hang out or explore the city together.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is the atmosphere in the apartment more social or private?
I'd argue it’s balanced. Some guests prefer quiet, others enjoy conversation or exploring together. I ll work during the week at home so you might see me working in the living room.

Do guests and the host usually get along?
Yes. I host people who share similar values and where I feel we coukd get along well socially. What worked well in the past in terms of people i accepted and we had both a great time: similar interests, similar age group (late 20s to late 30s), confident, masc, respectful, direct and honest communicator, and easy to be around.

Can guests and the host connect on a friends+ basis?
If there’s natural chemistry, sure - why not. I’m open-minded and easygoing and direct in my communication. If i find you attractive i tell you. But it needs to fit and you should be direct about it as well.
