In the heart of Valencia. It has a comfortable living room and integrated kitchen which you can use to prepare your breakfasts and meals. You can also make use of the small balcony that overlooks the street. The excellent location will allow you to enjoy the city from the first moment. Only 500 meters away is the Xàtiva metro station, where you will get off when you come from the airport. At that moment you will come across the Plaza de Toros (built in the 19th century) and the Estación de Nord. Some of the most important tourist attractions are just a few steps from where you will stay. Central market, Lonja de la Seda, Plaza de la Reina, Torres de Serranos and many others. And if this seems little, a great gastronomic offer for varied tastes will accompany the entire tour.

The central market about 200 meters. In front of it, is the building of the Lonja de la Seda (Gothic mercantile exchange from the 15th century). At 400 meters, walking is the Plaza de la Reina where you will find the Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica of Valencia. Behind the Cathedral, the Plaza de la Virgen and about 200 meters further, crossing said square, you will find the Torres de Serranos.

From this point you can access the Turia Gardens. Former bed of the Turia River, today converted into a large green space dedicated to recreation and physical activity. If you dare, touring the same you can reach the City of Arts. about 30 minutes walk.

A 15-minute walk away is Ruzafa, the most popular neighborhood.

And we do not forget the beach, which you will reach by metro in a few minutes.

Everything was great. The room was exactly as described in the listing, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Maxi's place is just as described. Very comfortable and appropriate for a solo traveler. The location was excellent with a brief 10-15 minute walk to almost any point in the center. Maxi was welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations and his help with suggestions around the city. Would recommend!

Maxi was such a delightful host! It was so easy to share space with him. But still delightful to have my own bathroom to use. He even went above by cleaning the bathroom mid-stay, which he didn't have to. Even though I didn't speak Spanish, we had good chats here and there. The location is very central, and near all the major old city tourist attractions + Central Market. Tons of bike rentals around too. Although I could feel some springs in the bed, it was quiet and I slept great. The room might be small but the surfaces and closet made it feel very comfortable. I would look forward to staying with Maxi again!

Mister BandB experience with Maxi was the best. He was an excellent host and the accommodation was precisely as advertised. Plus the location right in the center of the old town couldn't have been better. Maxi's suggestions of places to visit were very helpful and he was fortunately very knowledgeable with iPhone technology exactly when i needed help with my phone. I would highly recommend staying with Maxi when in Valencia. You will be glad you did!

I'm very conflicted about writing this review!! The location is great, excellent for getting around easily on foot, very close to public transport. The room was described as small, it's actually tiny and so the bed is too, almost a child's bed. The hosts are friendly, nothing more, not unpleasant but without warmth (that's my impression). A small breakfast or coffee in the morning would have been a real plus. ... In the end, Valencia is a very pleasant city.

I'm sorry you had that impression of us. That's strange considering you sat with us on several occasions to chat. The room is exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. It's only 90 x 200. Breakfast is not included. It's a shame you didn't take the time to read it. Another detail is the check-in time which you didn't respect, but we adapted to your schedule without any problem to receive you (I clarify that you arrived at midnight). I find it somewhat unpleasant to have to answer this comment but not doing so would give you reason about something that isn't true.
