Room in Valencia (between the city center and the beach)

Juan is very friendly. He gives great advice, listens well and is always available. The apartment is very nice and in a very good neighborhood. I would be happy to return and I recommend staying with Juan.

I really enjoyed my stay at Juan's place! He was an excellent host and the neighborhood is very walkable and situated very strategically to get to both the more central area of town and the beach. I would highly recommend staying at Juan's if you are looking for a place to stay in Valencia. I now have so many fantastic memories and a lot of that is thanks to Juan and his hospitality.

Juan is mega nice and a very pleasant host. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken.

Great location with easy access to buses and the metro, making it convenient to get around. Unfortunately, Juan was on a business trip, so I only met him briefly on the last night. There was a small issue at check-in, but he handled it quickly despite being away

My stay with Juan was very straightforward. We couldn't meet due to scheduling conflicts, but the communication was smooth throughout and he made everything easy for both check-in and check-out. The apartment is in a good area, well connected to Valencia's city center both by metro and on foot. It's clear that Juan travels a lot for work and doesn't spend much time at home, so cleaning isn't his strong point, but for short stays in the city, like the one I had, where you only need a place to sleep, it's recommendable.
