Shared room in great apartment near Russafa

Our flat is located 250 m (3 minutes) from metro station Amando Granell - Montolivet in the middle of 4 supermarkets (Lidl, Consum, Mercadona and Dia) opened Mo-Sat. There are also two Charter supermarkets nearby opened on Sundays and most of festive days with a pharmacy opened 7/7. Also a paid underground parking is only 300 meters away. ATM CaixaBank is 250 meters. Valenbisi parking is located at the entrance to the metro station. Our street is very calm with no potential of any noise and we would like it to stay like this also after your arrival :-) As here in Valencia, the weather is really warm, we do not dress up too much. It doesnt mean, we are always naked, but we are very friendly with no clothes on:-) Feel free to use the opportunity, you don t need to wait for us to be naked, we want you to feel like at home. This also doesn t mean, you should be naked. Also please remember, that being naked doesnt necessarily mean we should hook up :-) It is just the way of living. We are happy to give you a hand with anything, but please ask first. We feel important also to highlight, that the flat is situated on the 5th floor without lift, thus you should be in such a condition when you are able to come up with your luggages by yourself or walk these stairs several times a day depending on your needs :-) Smoking: The flat is fully non-smoking area.
