Enjoy a fully equipped private room next to the gay district. The room has a wardrobe, a comfortable bed and two large windows that offer natural light. The open kitchen and living room are ideal for meeting my guests. And in summer there is a terrace with a garden set and lots of vegetation with the option of sunbathing and bathing with the hose on very hot days

I spent a long weekend at Guillermo's apartment in Ruzafa at the end of July. The location is perfect: in the middle of the lively Ruzafa neighbourhood, with countless cafes, restaurants and small shops right outside the door, but still quiet enough for a restful night. The old town and the Turia Park can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment was clean, stylishly furnished and corresponded exactly to the description. I particularly liked the personal atmosphere – I immediately felt at home. The host was super friendly, the communication uncomplicated, and the local tips were a real plus. Thanks for everything

One of the best places to stay at! If you're looking for a nice place in the city center, with good vibes and a comfortable environment, this is the place to be at! Guillermo is an excellent host, very helpful and immediately responds. If I ever visit Valencia again, I know where to stay!
