Xavi & Juan were such a friendly hosts. We enjoyed their place very much. Beautiful apartment with terrace and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Xavi's house. From the very first moment he was super friendly and warm, making me feel right at home. The accommodation was impeccably clean, very well maintained and in a fantastic location, very close to the beach, which made everything much more comfortable. Plus, it was a pleasure to have a chat with him. Without a doubt, it's a totally recommendable place and I would return delighted. Thank you for everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Xavi and Juan! They were both very friendly and took the time to chat with me and give me recommendations. Their home is very nice and comfortable. Everything worked very well. The air conditioning cooled the bedroom very fast which was much needed during the summer. The location was good, close to the City of Arts and Sciences, the beach, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Would recommend!

Xavi and his husband were super friendly. the appartement is great, very good located between the old city and the beach amd everything is very good reachable with the citybikes. they were so kind with me and have a great terrasse to relax enjoy the sun. I would defintely come back! :)

Despite the work on their terrace which our hosts had warned us about before our arrival, the stay went very well. Xavi and Juan were attentive to our needs and gave us good advice on places to visit and activities during our week's vacation in Valencia.

Xavi & Juan's place was lovely and very comfortable. It's in a great location with easy access to the city's attractions. They're a lovely, soft-spoken couple and despite being busy, they made time for a drink with us. We'd definitely stay with them again!
