A very cozy room in one of the best areas of Valencia city. The room has a double bed, dresser with drawers and a nightstand. The room also has private access to a balcony, with a small table and two chairs. There is NO air-conditioning, but the room has a fan. There is also a blackout shutter on the door to the balcony. As the street outside is very social, there can be some noise during the night.
The room has a smart TV, with apps like YouTube and Netflix installed.
During the colder months, we have central heating in the apartment.
We will also provide you with towel for shower, and on request we also have bigger blankets for the beach. We also have umbrella and cooler bag that you can borrow for the beach.

Our home is a non smoking house, even on the balcony. To not disturb neighbours we ask you to respect the quiet hours from ********, also no laundry can be done in these hours. There is no air-conditioning in the room, but there is a fan. Our street is a very social street, so there can be noise from the bars and restaurants nearby.
