The building has 2 spacious elevators and is close to bars, restaurants. Free parking in the area.

Rougen is an excellent host, very kind and a great conversationalist. He made me feel at home throughout my stay and was always concerned about whether I was well and had everything I needed. The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Valencia and the train station. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful time at Roupen's place. He is a wonderful person who informed me about the city, how to get to the beach for example and other sightseeing spots. Without hesitation, I would come back again.

Roupen's place was tidy, clean and exactly like in the photos. He's very welcoming guy and friendly. The bed was good and I slept good. This would not be suitable to tall people as it's a single bed. His place is easy to locate and there are nearby transport to go to central in 30mins. You could also walk to/from the main train station. Plenty of things to see around. It's also close to the city of arts and science.
