Private room in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, newly renovated and decorated, in front of the Cabecera park, where the Turia river park is born, 10/15 minutes from the historic center of the city and gay area. Very quiet and bright, as it is a room with elevator. Super communicated with subway and bus, and very close to the center by bike too. Three metro stops to Plaza del Ayuntamiento. I will be happy to receive you and talk to you about Valencia and help you in whatever you need. Only available for one person, I do not receive couples.

From my house you can reach the Malvarrosa beach in 15-20 minutes by metro, metro Marítim. The gay beach is in Pinedo, a little to the south. You can go by bus from the city center, Puerta del Mar. There is a natural park around the southern beaches: Pinedo and El Saler, which is beautiful and there is a lot of cruising. And you can also visit the Albufera and take a half hour cruise through the bird reserve which costs 5€ and is wonderful.
The gay district of Valencia, which is called Ruzafa, is 3 metro stops away from the nearest metro stop (9 D'Octubre), and it is literally 10 minutes. By bus it is the same: 10 minutes.

This is a shoeless apartment, so it is important to take off your shoes when entering. You can use the kitchen to prepare drinks, heat food in the microwave, make something easy in the pan or prepare cold food, but no serious cooking is allowed. You may use the fridge. I am a quiet, polite and respectful person, and I expect the same from any guest. No extra guests or friends are allowed. Nudism is not allowed either.
I have a very small dog (about 1.5 kg). He's a Biewer Terrier-extremely calm, quiet, and well-behaved. He doesn't bark or make any mess, and he's very sweet. He's also hypoallergenic, as he doesn't shed.
