Private Room Opposite to Cabecera Park Next to City Center

Chicho has a lovely home in a quiet area just steps from the train station. He was welcoming, easy to get along with, and gave excellent recommendations about the city. He is well-travelled and very knowledgeable about the history of Valencia and Spain in general. He even made me coffee and food when I was on a tight travel schedule. I would happily recommend Chicho's place to fellow travellers.

Chico was a helpful in providing tips about local sightseeing options. The location of his apartment was extremely convenient for accessing public transportation (metro) & bus lines. The major unexpected surprise was that he smokes, so I had to keep my bedroom door closed to avoid getting smoke into my bedroom, and given the heat wave and the fact that the air-conditioner is in the living room, my bedroom was very hot and humid whenever I kept the bedroom door closed.

Chicho is a nice guy with a cute, tiny dog. His house is clean and close to the metro in a safe neighborhood. You will be able to get to many places very quickly from here. Thanks, Chicho!

The experience at Chicho's house was excellent. Not only is he very helpful, he is also very friendly and down-to-earth and spending time together was very pleasant. The house is welcoming, very clean and conveniently located for both the city center and the airport. The room is spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need. In conclusion, I can only recommend staying at Chicho's place if you want to spend a few days in Valencia.

Calm, bright and pleasant room located near a metro station that takes you to the center of Valencia in 10 minutes, near the park that surrounds the north of the city and leads you to the center along a beautiful promenade. Chicho was a thoughtful and incredibly kind host, with lots of tips to discover Valencia. Thank you for this stay that met all my expectations and introduced me to Valencia under such wonderful conditions

Chicho is a wonderful host. He works from home, so you'll know you'll always have a fresh cup of coffee or tea ready when you need it. The subway station and a fantastic bakery are just down the street.

This was my first stay in a MisterBnb and based on the experience I would definitely do it again! Chicho was a great host in every way. From the very beginning he was accommodating and changed his plans to accept the reservation when I contacted him to book it very last minute. He's super friendly and chats with you when he's around and makes you feel at home. He's also very low-key at night, I didn't hear him wake up or make noise in the morning and I'm a light sleeper so that was great. The area is very quiet and there's no noise from the street or neighbors. The apartment is super cute, sunlit, and trendy, and it's spacious enough that you don't feel like you're in each other's way. The bed is very comfy and the room is totally dark with the blinds closed which is great for sleeping in. Overall I felt very comfortable at Chicho's place and recommend it 100%!

Chicho was a perfect host. He greeted me kindly. The room was very comfortable and cozy. He left plenty of room for me to unpack. The apartment is tasteful and in a great location. It's only minutes from the Metro which can take you anywhere. Chicho showed me some interesting walking paths near his home. Chicho himself is interesting and fun and that really made my stay special. Definitely recommend!
