Would you like to stay in a room in a picturesque house in the heart of the Valencian Country?
LA CRESTETA is located 5 km from the Turia river beach and 50 km from Valencia. You will like our corner of more than 4.000 m2 for the light and the silence. The land has a private swimming pool, recreational area and solar energy. It is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends fleeing from the fumes of the big city, as you will find great panoramic views, tranquility, relaxation, comfort... And most important of all: here you can see the stars!
ROOM AND MEALS
Inside the house we have a room for 3 people (1 double bed; and 1 sofa bed to be installed if 3 people stay) with work table. WiFi, bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. The accommodation includes a varied breakfast: herbal teas and coffee, yogurts, milk, vegetable drinks, breads, fruit, cereals, jams, cold cuts and cheeses, freshly laid eggs....
You can also have lunch and dinner at home for 15 euros/menu: you only have to order 2 hours in advance. We offer homemade and local menus (starter, main course, dessert and coffee, drink and bread).
THE PLOT AND ITS INHABITANTS
The plot is located in the middle of orange groves and leaning on a hill. There are no neighbors, no buildings nearby, no noise? Only the tranquility and peace of nature, the pure air, the birds singing and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
Our land is ecological and everything is done so that the ecological footprint tends to zero. Therefore, we are committed to sustainable energy and optimizing the use of water and other resources. We live here with one human, five chickens, five cats and two dogs. You will not meet other guests because we only have one room. Maybe a friend of the host.
SURROUNDINGS
Nearby there are curious corners of easy access: caves, ravines, medieval dam, corrals, clay mines .... The nearest villages are within 50min walking distance, as well as the beach of the river Túria. From the nearby mountain you can see the sea and the city of Valencia in the background.
ACTIVITIES
These are some of the activities that can be done on the plot or from the plot:
● From the plot you can do 'nudist night hiking': a whole unique and different experience in the moonlight.
● Hiking to any nearby corner and following a circular route.
● We can teach you how to cook a Valencian paella on firewood or other typical dishes.
● Library with more than 1000 books in Catalan, Spanish, English and French for you to choose the reading of your time of rest.
● Music library with a variety of styles and languages if you want to listen to music that is not available in streaming.

- Toilet inside the house: shower, sink, bidet, washbasin, medicine cabinet, hair dryer, iron, scale, mirror and stool.
- By the pool, cold shower and toilet with basin.
- Paeller" (barbecue corner) with sink.
- Covered terrace with tables and chairs.
- Swimming pool and accessories: umbrella, towels, sun loungers, floats....
- Free parking on the grounds.

- The room (3 persons) has a double bed, 1 sofa bed (which is installed when 3 persons are accommodated), large built-in closets, mirror, 2 bedside tables, 2 wicker chairs and rugs. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

- Here there is total freedom in terms of clothing or its absence 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Supplies (firewood, electricity, gas and water) are limited and must be used rationally. In fact, we are in no case connected to the traditional supply networks.
- The swimming pool will be available in the months of June, July, August and September approximately.
- Smoking is allowed outside.
- If you are allergic to pets, no problem: animals do not enter the house.
- All windows have mosquito nets and they are mandatory.
- It is necessary to be clean and respectful with the different spaces and areas used. Garbage is sorted into organic and inorganic in the respective containers.
- Wild and domestic animals, plants, trees, bushes, shrubs and crops must be respected. Therefore, it is not allowed to make fire outside the "paeller" (barbecue corner).
