There is a balcony where you can sunbathe, the room is air-conditioned and you won't feel hot, all amenities are complete and the bathroom is very clean. Also very helpful in preparing breakfast. I am very satisfied with my five-day trip and highly recommend it :). I will choose his house the next time I go to Nice"

I booked it more than 9 months in advance (I wanted to secure my accomodation for the Cardiff Half Marathon) and Paul agreed to it, that was really appreciated. Communication with him was easy and the property is nice and cozy. Paul makes sure that all the details are perfect. The bed is fantastic, I had the best sleep I could have before the race! I would stay there again, no doubt!"

Gary·5·Oct. 2023· "Due to an issue beyond anyone's control, we wound up being upgraded at Christian's, so this review is not based on the original space booked. We were thrilled with the accommodations! Christian was always quick to respond and provide information when needed. He is a charming and available host. His home, which is much more than an ordinary vacation rental, is tastefully decorated and located just outside of the old center, so within walking distance of the sites, but enough removed to provide tranquility after the day's activities. His garden is simply amazing!"
