My husband, myself and Ricky (a Borsky dog) offer you one of our guest rooms. The house having two bathrooms, we privatize one of them when we receive visitors. We thus offer in our large townhouse which has 3 levels), a bedroom with double bed (140 by 200) and lounge area (sofa sofa bed and coffee table). A wardrobe is also present in the bedroom as well as a television equipped with a ChromeCast. We provide books and specialized magazines for hiking enthusiasts to help you discover Savoie.

Ideally located, our house is located in the old quarter. It is a town house on 3 levels and with a terrace. Close to shops and the city center, it is 10 min walk from the train station (ideal for reaching Lyon, Grenoble, Annecy or even Chambéry). The first ski resorts are barely an hour away. The first hiking trails are accessible on foot for beautiful walks in the vineyards and hillsides. We are 15 minutes by car from Chambéry, 1 hour from Lyon airport, 30 minutes from Grenoble, 40 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Albertville. Montmélian has a motorway entrance and exit. Cultural activities are mainly located in Chambéry (museum, old town...) as well as entertainment venues (bar, cinema, restaurant...). Our house offers a practical base for lovers of hiking, biking or skiing in winter. Montmélian has a cultural center offering many shows, a media library, an outdoor swimming pool, a wine and vine museum...

The house is completely non-smoking, it is possible to smoke on the covered terrace. Animals are accepted, knowing that we already have a dog, Ricky, a 2-year-old borsky (in 2022). Good humor and friendliness are highly recommended.
