The only thing that I would like to have know in advance is that the bedroom is an open plan bedroom with a partial wall. So there is a wall between the bedroom and the living room but not a complete wall and no door. This was however not really a problem so I am very happy with my stay there!"

He pays a lot of attention to details and even bought me a book as a present after a discussion about customs and traditions, which was very sweet of him. I didn't feel like staying in an b&b, but at home. The location is great, close to Taksim square and very quiet and the cat - sweetality!!!"

He had just gotten in from a weeklong work trip and did not hesitate to go out with me for dinner. We had a great conversation and he is a true pleasure to be around. The place is fantastic! Stephen·5·Mar. 2025· "I recently had the pleasure of staying at George & Jeff’s rental home in Tampa, Florida, and I can confidently say this is a 5-star experience through and through! From the moment I arrived, George was incredibly helpful, providing detailed directions that made finding the property and parking a breeze. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by George, who gave me a warm welcome and an informative tour of the home and property.
The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. George walked me through the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, coffee cups, and other essentials. One of the highlights of the property is the gorgeous backyard, which features a stunning swimming pool and an aviary housing two beautiful parrots. It was so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in such a tranquil setting.
Upstairs, my room was spacious and had its own private balcony overlooking the pool. The deck off my bedroom was a lovely addition—perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee or soaking up the view of the pool and the large oak trees surrounding the property. It felt like my own personal retreat.
One of the main reasons I booked this property was because of its clothing-optional policy. George informed me that the clothing-optional area extends throughout the backyard and on the balcony, which was a real treat. I loved being able to enjoy the outdoors in a completely relaxed and natural state—whether I was sipping coffee in the morning, lounging by the pool, or taking a shower outside. It was truly a liberating and refreshing experience.
George and Jeff were both extremely friendly and accommodating, and I always felt comfortable and welcomed. In fact, I had a wonderful conversation with Jeff by the pool while I was soaking up the sun, and it felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. Their hospitality really made the stay special.
The house was immaculately clean, and everything was in perfect working order. I had absolutely no complaints, and I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay in Tampa. I’ll definitely be booking this property again the next time I’m in town. In fact, I met a couple who had been coming back to this property for years, which speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—this place is truly top-notch. Two thumbs up, five stars, and I can’t wait to return! Thanks again, George and Jeff, for an unforgettable stay!"

I had everything I needed in my self-contained room. One small note, I found the pillows had too much loft and were not the greatest on my neck. I have one other notable criticism: the listing does not state that an additional room may be rented out to guests, apparently on another platform. It came as a surprise to me to find non-gay couple on the premises, which impacted my comfort level regarding being nude and not staying in a more exclusively gay male environment. I find it inconsiderate at best, and deceptive at worst, to not have disclosed this in the listing."

As for the breakfasts, they were generous and varied. A big thank you also for the massage, truly relaxing. Ideal location: I was able to visit Crest and its famous tower on foot, without needing to take the car. A real plus! I really recommend it and I will return with pleasure. Thank you again Eric for everything!"

Gaëtan has a lovely room between the train station and Vieux Lyon and knows all sorts of addresses in the gay areas of the city that aren't in guidebooks, but are unforgettable. By walking and on Velov, everything is easily accessible. I hadn't booked a misterbnb room in ten years, but Gaëtan showed me again how to find true hospitality through this platform."
