Eric was a sensational host. I felt like I was at a very dear friend's house. The accommodation was wonderful and Eric was very willing to help.

Éric is super nice! He made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the very first moment. Check in was super easy. The place had everything that was needed for a night. Thanks again for having us over!

Eric is a gem. He took me out to a pool with his friends, replied to messages right away, and was always available for anything I needed.

Staying With Eric was like visiting a friend. He is such a nice guy and an excellent host. THe flat was impeccable and comfortable. Although the city was very hot when I arrived, Eric's flat was full of light and not too hot. Needless to say that my bedroom had a roof-fan and air conditioning. I stayed only one day and night, but I would certainly stay again at Eric's place next time I visit Buenos Aires. Thank you Eric for making me feel at home far away from home.

The room is very comfortable, the house is bright and clean, the area has a lot of charm, and the metro and buses are accessible to get anywhere, but most importantly Eric is a charming host, who has helped me a lot during my stay, providing me with all the information I requested and even accompanying me to some external activities. Going to Eric's house is like going to a friend's house. He's able to create a respectful and pleasant nudist space where you can share good conversation and good mate or good coffee ;) The accommodation is well connected to the center and nearby you have everything you might need, and Eric is always there to give you great advice about the city. I'm definitely keeping him as a friend ;)

Great experience, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing super close to shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the metro station. Eric was super attentive and nice.

This was my second stay with Eric. Eric is a great host - helped me sort the subway system and answered endless questions! The location is great. so close to cafes, subway and shops. The bed was comfy. I was made very welcome. Well recommend and definitely stay again if in BA.
