Private Queen Suite w/ Private Bath

I recently had the pleasure of staying at George & Jeff’s rental home in Tampa, Florida, and I can confidently say this is a 5-star experience through and through! From the moment I arrived, George was incredibly helpful, providing detailed directions that made finding the property and parking a breeze. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by George, who gave me a warm welcome and an informative tour of the home and property. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. George walked me through the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, coffee cups, and other essentials. One of the highlights of the property is the gorgeous backyard, which features a stunning swimming pool and an aviary housing two beautiful parrots. It was so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in such a tranquil setting. Upstairs, my room was spacious and had its own private balcony overlooking the pool. The deck off my bedroom was a lovely addition—perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee or soaking up the view of the pool and the large oak trees surrounding the property. It felt like my own personal retreat. One of the main reasons I booked this property was because of its clothing-optional policy. George informed me that the clothing-optional area extends throughout the backyard and on the balcony, which was a real treat. I loved being able to enjoy the outdoors in a completely relaxed and natural state—whether I was sipping coffee in the morning, lounging by the pool, or taking a shower outside. It was truly a liberating and refreshing experience. George and Jeff were both extremely friendly and accommodating, and I always felt comfortable and welcomed. In fact, I had a wonderful conversation with Jeff by the pool while I was soaking up the sun, and it felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. Their hospitality really made the stay special. The house was immaculately clean, and everything was in perfect working order. I had absolutely no complaints, and I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay in Tampa. I’ll definitely be booking this property again the next time I’m in town. In fact, I met a couple who had been coming back to this property for years, which speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—this place is truly top-notch. Two thumbs up, five stars, and I can’t wait to return! Thanks again, George and Jeff, for an unforgettable stay!

Jeff and Georges are amazing hosts! Beautiful house with a pool and relaxation areas. Our room was spacious with very good bedding, the bathroom with a large shower. We had all the amenities with a space for travelers (fridge, coffee machine etc).

Great host with an amazing house. The house is a mix of lgbt and straight, but everyone was very nice. Great value and I plan to try and come back.

Fantastic stay with Jeff and George! The place is convenient to Ybor and downtown, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The house is comfortable and clean with something interesting to see from every view. Jeff’s instructions were clear and cordial. If you’re a dog person, you will love Phoenix and Arctic, their two standard poodles. If you’re not a dog person, they pair are extremely well-behaved and won’t bother you at all. They also have several birds (large parrots) that are fun to watch and interact with. The pool/hot tub area is private and attractive with countless orchids and other beautiful plants, but well-kept and not overgrown. My room was comfortable and I slept very well. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, there is a River walk right across the street. The conversations I had with Jeff were interesting and he was always available for a chat. At the same time, I never felt like my every move was being monitored. He’s got this “host thing” down to a science. The house is newer construction (about ten years old) in a well-established neighborhood of mostly older, charming homes. I will darken their door again.

My stay at Jeff and George's house was excellent. On the 1 to 5 scale it was a 5. The house and accommodations were great. They really care about providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for their guests. They could not have done more to make my stay better. Communications before were also great and they both were really helpful answering my questions while in Tampa, (a new city for me). I do plan on future visits to Tampa and will definitely stay with Jeff and George! Btw. As a pet lover, the dogs and parrots were an extra plus!

Jeff and George are gracious hosts and their home is beautiful. I was looking for a place to relax for a few days and this was the perfect spot, whether enjoying time by the pool or visiting the park across the street. Located in an historic area there are plenty of locally-owned shops and restaurants nearby. Jeff and George are easy to talk with and both were ready to provide suggestions for places to eat. I look forward to the opportunity to return.

Beautiful home and welcoming atmosphere. George and Jeff are very friendly and easy to hold a conversation with. The room was beyond expectations!! The beds are very clean and incredibly comfortable. I have trouble sleeping and I slept through the whole night! 6/5 stars!! Thank you Jeff and George!! (p.s. very friendly pets 3 )

It was our first time using misterb&b and we certainly picked a winner with this listing. In addition the fact that the house is beautiful, the hosts were very welcoming, and the overall experience was outstanding. Everything from the pool/hot tub area, to the koi pond, and multiple relaxation areas, will make you feel like you are home. When we need a quick get-away, we will be sure to visit again.
