We are located along the Hillsborough River, in Old Seminole Heights, just 3 miles from downtown Tampa, the convention center and University of Tampa. We are 5 miles to Busch Gardens, 6 miles to USF, 15 min to Tampa International Airport. LOADED WITH AMENITIES, THIS GORGEOUS CONTEMPORARY HOME OFFERS THE BEST OF EVERYTHING. Your private UPSTAIRS bedroom offers: King Size bed; 15' vaulted ceilings; en-suite private bathroom w/ walk in shower & rain head; closet; 42" flat screen TV; WiFi; easy chair and private balcony. There is also a common den w/ small refrigerator, sink and coffee maker; huge sun deck overlooking the salt water (not heated) pool; w spiral stairs leading to the pool deck. DOWNSTAIRS: offers Italian marble floors throughout, 22ft ceiling in the living room w/ views of both the river and the private courtyard; AWESOME gourmet kitchen; large dining room (seats 8 - 10 comfortably) opens to the aviary (yes we have exotic parrots in an aviary, plus a completely private pool deck where you can relax, take a siesta in the shade or bask in the sun (with or without clothing). ADDITIONAL FEATURES: highspeed Wifi; laundry room, baby grand piano; ample private parking (not on the street); and 6ft concrete fenced courtyards offering privacy. WE ARE WELL LIVED and know you will LIVE WELL while staying with us. We are a gay couple, but the house is NOT exclusively gay. IF THE DATES YOU SEEK ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THEN CONTACT US TO SEE IF ANOTHER SUITE IS AVAILABLE. WE ALSO HAVE REDUCED RATES FOR EXTENDED STAYS.

My partner George and I love to travel and meet people from all over the world. We have a beautiful home that we share with others. There are a total of 6 suites, all with private bathrooms, flat screen TV and plenty of private spaces. Our house is always very busy, and our guest are not exclusively gay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time poolside, textile free, in and out of the refreshing pool. Great restaurant recommendations from the hosts, and a great neighborhood, not far from anything. Oh, and the fresh coffee variety in the morning was great.

Jeff and George are very nice. They told us good places to go to eat at. There is a nice park across the street was a nice place to walk. I would stay at their place again.

This place is amazing and exceeded expectations! Jeff and George have an impressive attention to detail and thought of everything to ensure their guests have a great stay. Having candles in the room, water on your nightstand, wide variety of coffee and tea pods are just few examples of how they went above and beyond even with the little things. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic hosts!!! I love the location . Everything I needed was walkable and I never got in to a car during my stay except on my arrival and my departure. There were so many little places at this property to escape and have privacy and for me get work done.

Beautiful place, gracious host. The bed is so big and comfy it is extremely easy to get lost in it. Beautiful deck overlooking the pool area.

Jeff and George were wonderful hosts - very open and sharing with their home and property and engaging in conversation. We were in a room facing the front that had a pretty view overlooking the river. It was quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely return and stay again. Thank you so much for the relaxing stay.
