We are very relaxed and welcoming people and our place is gay and straight friendly. You can be naked everywhere and all the time. We enjoy to meet people from all over the world and make eventually new friends. Our house is newly remodeled and looks like in the pics. You will have your own Guest room with your own Bathroom. We provide a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and of course WiFi. You are welcome to use our Backyard with lots of room to relax. Have a drink at night in the pool and relax. Enjoy a naked swim or sunbath, there is enough privacy. Or if you want to arrange a candlelight dinner for your partner in the yard or at the pool, we are happy to help you to arrange that. Also we know a great masseur, let us know if we shall book him for you. We have a dog, so keep that in mind in case you are allergic. We do have another Room for rent, so get together and hangout at the pool. We have security cameras on the property but only for the main house and the entrance gates. You will NOT be recorded in the Garden and Pool Area!

We are in a great location, east of Tampa with lots of nature and privacy, only 8 minutes by car to Channelside, Downtown Tampa or famous Ybor City with Gay bars. Bush Gardens is about 25 Minutes away. Supermarkets, Gas station and a Latin Food Truck is also very close by. You can reach the Gulf Coast Beaches with St. Pete (Dali Museum), Gulfport, Dunedin, Clearwater Beach etc. within 30 Minutes. Attractions in Tampa are the Bayshore Boulevard, great for running or any kind of outdoor exercise, Armature Works and Sparksmans Warf, the Pinellas Trail, Tampa Theater and Straz Performing Art Center, Hyde Park.

Feel at home, we are open minded and relaxed, we don't have special rules. Just treat our house like it would be yours! Smoking is allowed only outside the house. We also have a second listing, so it is possible there will be other guests on the property.
The Spa will be turned off by 10pm, you can use the Spa longer, but the pump will be off.
