A beautiful home on a large, fenced lot close to everything Tampa has to offer. Located in the historic district of Riverside Heights, I am close to everything. Please note: This place is only suitable for people who are dog lovers as I have a very friendly Frenchie who is sure to love on you.
All the luxuries of modern living are provided, including WiFi, TV, security, and access to the entire home.
Your Room: Queen sized, pillow top bed, and just repainted and re-carpeted. Remote controlled light and fan.
There is only one bathroom in the house as is typical of the area, so we will be sharing the facilities.
I'm usually in and out all day, but am pleased to point you in the right direction for things to do and places to see. Easy going household, so be completely at home here. Clothing optional for those who wish to enjoy the Florida heat less restricted :)

Reece is a fantastic host. He was incredibly accommodating with my arrival time and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. He's so easy to talk to that we sat down for a conversation, and before either of us realized it, six and a half hours had flown by. Time truly passed in the blink of an eye. His hospitality, kindness, and genuine personality made my stay extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend staying with Reece and would gladly do so again in the future.

My one night stay with Reece in his beautiful Tampa home was great. Reece was very welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed getting to hangout with him and have some interesting conversations. I would definitely stay here again if my travels take me through the Tampa area.

The place is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. Reece is an amazing host, he is so gentle and he is so kind. He suggested to me a lot of things to do, he was so worried about me spending a great time during my visit, even more than me. Those little dogs in there were so cute. So, I recommend this place for anyone visiting Tampa.

At first glance, it may seem like a very humble house in a quiet area. Once you enter the home, the scenery changes completely. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Nothing is missing. I recommend it for those people passing through Tampa.

Reece was an outstanding host for an overnight stay while traveling through Florida. He made me feel right at home, and was great for recommendations of things to do in the area. Reece was a very nice host. I stayed at his place for five nights while in town on business. He made sure that I felt at-home, and I enjoyed chatting with him while snuggling with his troupe of pups. The bed was very comfortable. I slept so well there! The neighborhood is quiet and seemed safe. I would recommend Reece's place to anyone.
