The home is located in the charming Sun Bay South neighborhood in the city limits of Tampa, close to all the major highways, making this the perfect home base for exploring everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer. Location matters and this is where you want to be.
Your bedroom includes a Queen size, memory foam bed, plenty of storage space, a smart TV with Amazon Prime, Max, Peacock, and Hulu. There is a private entrance to your room from the backyard so you can enter and exit without needing to go through the main house, if you wish.
The screened in patio has a therapeutic hot tub, comfortable seating area and a television. Come, unwind, and enjoy a relaxing Florida evening in the tub. This space is shared with the host, and possibly other guests.
Just minutes from Bayshore Boulevard, MacDill Air Force Base, downtown Tampa, Port Tampa, St Petersburg, Ybor City, Gulf beaches, and literally 15 minutes from the Tampa International airport. Your host is a Tampa native and happy to offer tips and suggestions about the area.
Off-street parking is free and easy right in front of the house. While you are here, feel free to stay clothed or undress to your comfort level. You are my guest and I want you to be comfortable, so don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything you need. My goal is for you to enjoy your stay. You are free to use the entire property, including the large, private backyard, also clothing optional.
