Mid-century charm in South Tampa

Kevin is a great host, deserving of his excellent reviews. I spent a whole week at his house and felt comfortable and welcome. The location is very convenient, within a short drive of Downtown Tampa and everywhere else in the city.

Kevin was the perfect host. Friendly, with recommendations for things to do while I was in town. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice relief every night. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Tampa.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I travel often, and this was one of the friendliest and most comfortable stays I've had. I was in town for a work conference, and Kevin's home was conveniently located, spotless, and welcoming. Kevin was a gracious host who made me feel like I was staying with an old friend. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after work, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a fantastic stay with Kevin! He is so friendly and accommodating. Nice, large private bathroom and bedroom and the hot tub is the best I've ever used. Great location just south of downtown and a quick drive to Busch Gardens. I'll be eager to return when I visit Tampa again!

Kevin is revamping his mid century home and I was lucky enough to witness this charming home first hand. He has put meticulous thought and care into this beautiful space. The bed was heaven and my conversations with Kevin were meaningful. I now have a memorable place to stay when I come back for business in Tampa. This is a great place and conveniently located for my business needs. The bonus of utilizing a community forward platform like misterbandb is when you get the opportunity to meet a soul like Kevin.

Being an ******** host, I know from experience that you do not talk about politics or religion with your guests. Unfortunately, something political was mentioned before we stepped foot into the house for the first time. Our host, completely unprompted, said that he does not want guests that identify as MAGA to stay at his property, so we immediately felt an uncomfortable. We're from the country and all of our neighbors are Republican — even our black neighbors — and they all love us.

Outstanding in every way! Kevin is an exceptional host. From first contact during booking, to greeting upon arrival, thru final goodbye, Kevin was the epitome hospitality. His home is immaculately clean and comfortable. He is a great conversationalist, and highly respectful of autonomy. The mattress and pillows were outstandingly comfortable, the hot tub was a pure treat, and the location couldn't be any better. This is a highly recommended stay! Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin was a delight. He was very welcoming from the minute the place was booked until the time arrived. His place is clean, organized and very welcoming. The hot tub was amazing. He welcomed me to watch a movie with him, offered his full kitchen, and was very nice to hang out and talk to. Very clean accommodations. Kevin is a very laid back guy and was a pleasure to meet him. Kevin's home is exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet and with the most comfortable mattress and pillows I have encountered for ages. Communication with Kevin was excellent before arrival. When we met we had some really varied and interesting chats. He goes out of his way to ensure you're comfortable and have everything you need. Great location. Great host. Great accommodation all round.
