Wi-Fi available., Spectrum in the living room only. Street parking. Just under eight miles to the Tampa International airport. Just a short Uber/Lyft to most places on Tampa.

I'm a divorced father of three grown children and I came out to them in December of 2011 and they love me for who I am. I live in Tampa heights, 2 miles from downtown and 2 1/2 miles from Ybor City, which is definitely the party area of Tampa....gay or straight. Lot of clubs and restaurants. I enjoy biking riding and little golf, the pool and beach. Love to walk along Bayshore .

This is a nice bedroom in a good house - quiet home, quiet street, but close (By car) to Ybor, and (by foot) to the end of the riverwalk. I would stay here again!

Joe's place is nice, clean and comfortable. He is a nice guy and was really helpful about the surrounding and where to go about town. I arrived while he was at work and access was easy and the place was ready to go.

Joe was a great host. Had a very good conversation with him prior to my stay and location was very easy to find. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and low key. He was very helpful with knowledge of the area. The room was clean as listed and was offered clean towel, wash cloth and blankets. It was also very easy to access the house via keypad code entry.

Joe was a great host. I was in Tampa for an event and stayed over to explore the area. Joe went out of his way to help me have a great time. The accommodations were a great value for the price.

I had a great stay with Joe. The room and his home were clean and comfortable. Joe was very hospitable in sharing his space, some breakfast food, and especially the ability to use his table to be productive with my work both while he was gone during the day as well as in the evening. It was just what I needed. I would definitely recommend Joe as a host.

Joe is a great host. His home is a renovated "Old South" house in a quiet neighborhood with Spanish moss and palm trees. It's near downtown Tampa and convenient to HART bus route.1. I went to hockey at Amalie Arena and it was a quick easy trip. The house is clean and comfortable and I was totally happy.
