We are located along the Hillsborough River, in Old Seminole Heights, just 3 miles from downtown Tampa, the convention center and University of Tampa. We are 5 miles to Busch Gardens, 6 miles to USF, 15 min to Tampa International Airport. LOADED WITH AMENITIES, THIS GORGEOUS CONTEMPORARY HOME OFFERS THE BEST OF EVERYTHING. Your private UPSTAIRS bedroom offers: King Size bed; 15' vaulted ceilings; en-suite private bathroom w/ walk in shower & rain head; closet; 42" flat screen TV; WiFi; easy chair and private balcony. There is also a common den w/ small refrigerator, sink and coffee maker; huge sun deck overlooking the salt water (not heated) pool; w spiral stairs leading to the pool deck. DOWNSTAIRS: offers Italian marble floors throughout, 22ft ceiling in the living room w/ views of both the river and the private courtyard; AWESOME gourmet kitchen; large dining room (seats 8 - 10 comfortably) opens to the aviary (yes we have exotic parrots in an aviary), plus a completely private pool deck where you can relax, take a siesta in the shade or bask in the sun (with or without clothing). ADDITIONAL FEATURES: highspeed Wifi; laundry room, baby grand piano; ample private parking (not on the street); and 6ft concrete fenced courtyards offering privacy. WE ARE WELL LIVED and know you will LIVE WELL while staying with us. We are a gay couple, but the house is NOT exclusively gay.
