Hamilton was Exactly the welcoming spirit we needed! Provided comfort and kindness to both my partner and I and accommodated our needs, even after our untimely hiccups in transit to his place, he was so kind, and understanding! He has such a wealth of knowledge about so many things! I would definitely recommend him as a host!

Hamilton is great. His place is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. You should have a car to drive to the beach etc. Very pleased with my stay there.

Love this place, love the location and love this guy. So kind and helpful. My own room with bathroom (both spotless). And close to anything I want to go in Tampa. And very cost effective.

I had to book this last minute, and Hamilton was more than accommodating. He allowed my friend to park there while we went to a concert very friendly.
