We highly recommend this place, and it will be our only choice for Mexico City going forward. Still in awe of the character of the mansion. Oscar couldn't have been kinder and more attentive to our needs. Zona Rosa is a great area for food, shopping and hanging out. Thanks to Oscar for an amazing stay."

The location is excellent as well — you're in a lively neighborhood, and the city center is only a few minutes away by metro. The small courtyard at the back is a real bonus, and there's even a supermarket nearby which makes things very convenient.
Before booking, I noticed there hadn't been any reviews since 2024, so I hoped I wouldn't be disappointed — and I definitely wasn't! I can only encourage anyone to choose this place for their stay in Athens.
Contrary to some other comments, I found the bed perfect and very comfortable — I slept extremely well from the very first night until the last.
The host may be a bit brief in his communication style, but he is nonetheless very efficient and responsive. I had a hot water issue during my stay and it was solved within 24 hours; each of my messages received an answer in less than an hour.
If I come back to Athens, this will definitely be my first choice."

I appreciated the off-street gated parking spot. The house is one street away from train tracks: the sound of passing trains can be heard inside (no horns or sirens though). I didn't mind the rumbling sounds, but it's something to consider. Would stay again"

The space was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance of many popular restaurants, bars, and attractions. Shaun's welcome basket was a thoughtful touch, and the condo was fully stocked with toiletries and everything we needed. Mary, the house manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful infinity pool and amenities. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!"

I most enjoyed the luxury of the rooftop pool and comfortable rooftop seating and views. I met several residents and guests having drinks on the roof at sunset. I also enjoyed the extra-large bed and large master bathroom shower. The air-conditioning was excellent, especially during my visit in the first weeks of July when the heat and humidity were very intense. Having a full kitchen and large dining table allowed me to easily host friends for a world cup watch party. The front desk staff and the host were amazing and provided all kinds of helpful information. Highly recommended. I will definitely look to rent here again."
