These two people apart from having done everything to make me feel comfortable, guided me in all aspects to how to move in Nice. We could also share evenings of laughter and culture, always with the presence of Bella, a beautiful and divine dog. Hopefully, we will see each other again soon. I will not forget them."

There is nothing specifically LGBT+ about the place but I guess the manager is gay, although we only interacted via misterb&b as it was another woman who did the check-in."

It was such a pleasure to be there again and I especially enjoyed our conversations over meals, drinks or by the pool. They made some very helpful suggestions of things to do in the area especially after one of my plans fell through. If you are in the Delta region I would highly recommend a stay with them."

Their apartment was comfortable, modern and very well-located near to the metro and within walking distance of the centre. The bed is comfortable and they have a delightful balcony for relaxing on. Am happy to recommend their place and would happily go back there again."

Steve·5·Jul. 2026· "Lloyd was a kind, generous and thoughtful host for me. He's an interesting man with whom I thoroughly enjoyed conversation. I appreciated that he got on with his own life while I was there, having people over, sharing dinner, playing games, making me feel part of whatever he had going on. It was so easy to be at Lloyd's house. Great location for downtown Wilmington. Lloyd's little dog, Dexter, is a sweetheart, as he just wants a scratch behind the ears now and then, and if you'll do that, he's your friend. If you're headed to Wilmington NC, and you're not so much looking for the kindness of strangers but rather the kindness of someone who won't be a stranger, talk to Lloyd. You'll be glad you did."

The apartment is super well located, very close to chapinero and all the gay bars and clubs while at the same time having very quick access to the galerias area where you have shops, supermarkets and anything you need.
I felt safe at all times. The block even had a small gym with the essentials to train. A great stay, thank you!"
