Newly built house of the highest standard in beautiful and über hip Aspudden / Midsommarkransen with magnificent views of the parks and the area. Short walk to the metro station Aspudden (5 mins) or Midsommarkransen (8 mins), 7 minute cycle ride to Hornstull and Södermalm. The flat is furnished with exquisite Scandinavian design and lots of contemporary art from renowned and local artists.
The room I rent has its own toilet, large window with French balcony, a wardrobe, bookshelf, bedside table and a working space/desk. The bed (120 cm) is a gorgeous Danish pinewood bed with a high quality Japanese futon made of only natural materials (cotton and coconut fibre).
We will share the rest of the flat, kitchen, living room, dining area, TV and workout room. I'm very social and will happily hang out if you want. Alternatively, I will of course respect your privacy.
I can offer advice on the local LGBTQI+ scene as well as many suggestions about where to go out, eat, etc. Nudity is accepted. You can sunbathe naked on the terrace too, as you will not be visible from either the street or any of the buildings around.

The flat is very close to the metro and you can also easily walk (30 min) or cycle (7 min) to Södermalm. Lots of queer parties and raves in the proximity. Just ask me ******** happening :)
