The apartment is perfectly located, 3 stops from the central station with the metro, stop: St Eriksplan, (or 30-minute walk if you prefer that) and in the trendy neighbourhood Vasastan, gay-friendly, with many bars, cafes, and restaurants.
I sublet master bedroom - that comes with a king sized bed. The rest is shared - a big living/dining room, a bathroom a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is filled with books and I have work out equipment (amongst other things a rowing machine) feel free to borrow/use.

Vasastan is one of the most central districts, filled with restaurants, bars, cultural venues and shopping. It's still walking distance to nature and the Haga Park (one of my favourite parks in Stockholm, and where the crown princess lives). I can give you tons of recommendations upon arrival!

Fairly straightforward: Smoking is not allowed in the flat, no pets allowed, respect the neighbours, no noise after 10 on weekdays, it's ok to have friends over for dinner, the kitchen is yours to use if you want to cook and I will leave a shelf in the fridge for you to use.
