We enjoyed our stay with Kun while visiting PHL. Kun is a warm and welcoming host. He was very helpful with answering questions about the area. We would definitely recommend his place.

Kun is a very thoughtful and attentive host. His immaculate home is quiet, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to get up in the morning lol. A great option if you want a relaxing location with the ease of parking, while being close to center city and the airport.

Very beautiful old house with a spacious bedroom. It is close to a Trolley stop which allows you to go to Philadelphia downtown without a car. The neighborhood is quiet. One regret: not being able to meet Kun. However, we exchanged a lot through the messaging. He is worth getting to know......maybe next time. Thank you for everything

Kun has a fabulous house and was a great host. I had a good time chatting with him on various topics. A very nice neighborhood and super convenient to mass transit if you need to get to downtown.

Kun is very friendly and welcoming, the bed comfortable. I enjoyed getting to know him and a bit about China. This is the first time I've stayed at someone's home with the owner still there. I can only hope any future stays elsewhere are as nice.

I had a brief but very nice stay at Kun's Colonial House. I needed to book a last minute, same-day stay and Kun was so accommodating, quick and efficient. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and had an engaging breakfast conversation in the morning before I left. My experience was great. Thanks Kun!

It was a great experience to be on Kun's house, it was a great neighborhood and his house was really nice and comfy, even we didn't take the train, there is an station really close to the house, we could use the kitchen and all the amenities of the house, including a night in the basement for a movie, it was great. Thank you Kun, we hope to be there again, we will prefer to be in the room 4 with a private bathroom.

Love staying at Kun's home. Clean, spacious rooms in a large, quiet home. Love the neighborhood and the proximity to the city and Kun is a gracious host. Highly recommend.
