It is not allowed to bring friends, family or boyfriend (a) into the house, much less in the rooms. If a reservation is made for one person, and the guest brings another Person without authorization, it will be reported to ******** and the reservation will be canceled without any refund of money. House rules must be respected and complied with .No pets,( just accept dog that help people and cost $40 extra and you will be responsible for any damage caused from the animal), no smoking inside the house, no alcoholic people and no party. 10 minutes shower for each person, walk and speak slowly and softer after 10pm, shoes off all most the time inside the house. It's not allowed to cook any food with strong smells and if you use the kitchen you most have to clean everything and dry the sink. lights, air conditioner off when you are not there in your room. Its not allowed to eat inside the rooms. Help me to keep the low price to help all my guests, and you too . Ps. I have a little bird (Periquito) very friendly and quiet.

I had an enjoyable stay Rickey was a great communicator and accommodated a very last minute booking request. I was dropping my youngest off to start college, and Rickey's location couldn't have been better for my needs. It was a very quick stay, less than 24 hours, but I enjoyed getting to know him. I hope I can host him one day in Nashville.

Great stay! Super convenient location, easy parking, and the house is a gem. Very quiet, very comfortable room, and Rildenor was very welcoming!

I enjoyed staying at Rickys home. He's very personable, friendly and a good communicator. The house is interesting with ornate woodwork, it reminds me of the row houses in Philadelphia. Nice front and rear porches. Comfortable bed. I slept like a rock. Location is across from a park and I was able to walk to get dinner, there seem to be a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance.

Ricky was such a good host very nice recommendations were very good and made me and my husband feel very welcomed. Very knowledgeable about all the places to visit. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend.

Ricky is a wonderful host. He makes sure you have everything you need. The room was warm and inviting and I slept longer (9 1/2 hours) there than I do at home. I will see Ricky again in the future.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay with Ricky at his lovely home in Allentown's west end neighborhood. The house matches exactly the description Ricky provides in his profile--gracious, filled with art and a super comfortable bed. Ricky is a genial and warm host and we had a number of opportunities to sit and chat during my stay. If you travel to Allentown, make sure you stay with Ricky!
