The bed room is very spacious, with Queen size bed, frigobar, TV, Air conditioner, wifi, internet, chair, lights, a little sofa . The room is very quiet and at third floor with great view to west Par. Very nice closet. All at this room is new, that include New Bed, new painting, new table and new carpet.

My house is very Central and very close to all goods things . Close to Pubs, great restaurants, Bars, Pizzeria, Farmer's market, Hospitals, pharmacies, walking to Downtown, close to great supermarkets and many great Parks. We have a great Park in front of my house (West park). Very safety neighborhood and quiet.

It is not allowed to bring friends, family or boyfriend or girlfriend into the house, much less in the rooms. If a reservation is made for one person, and the guest brings another Person without authorization, it will be reported to ******** and the reservation will be canceled without any refund of money. House rules must be respected and complied with . No pets,( just accept dog that help people and cost $40 extra and you will be responsible for any damage caused from the animal), no smoking inside the house, no alcoholic people and no party. 10 minutes shower for each person, walk and speak slowly and softer after 10pm, shoes off all most the time inside the house. It's not allowed to cook any food with strong smells and if you use the kitchen you most have to clean everything and dry the sink. lights, air conditioner off when you are not there . Help me to keep the low price to help all my guests, and you too.

Wonderful warm energy as I pulled up curbside to this beautiful urban location. Greeted with a warm smile as I had been driving all day. Instant connection with Ricky made settling in easy. Great recommendations for dinner and all in all a very easy and pleasant stay during my short stay over while continuing on my long relocation journey. I look forward to staying in touch with Ricky, he is a fantastic host!
