Mickey was a charming and generous host. He had great advice on historical things to see and gay stuff to do. His home is adorable AF. Moreover, when I got food poisoning and was very sick he even nursed me back to health like a true gentleman.

Mr. Mickey's home was lovely, quiet, elegant, and restful, just what I needed after a full afternoon biking the PNBR. Parking would have been difficult, had I come by car. But as I was on my bike, no problem. The neighbourhood is indeed as charming as the picture shows. I look forward to staying there again when I am next in Philly.

We had an great experience all the way around. Booking, communicating with J. mickey, finding the house, getting in were all easy! The room is spotless, roomy, and organized. The bathroom is beautiful, and also spotless. It is easy walking distance to the Gayborhood and Reading Terminal areas (for us).

Highly recommended! Lots of open space in the bedroom and ensuite bathroom for laying out gear, but the host's curios & books will remind you you're in a home & a thoughtfully decorated one at that. There is a comfortable double bed, easy chair, small writing desk, lots of drawer space, and decent closet space. The room also has a microwave, a mini fridge, a coffee pot, & a selection of teas and coffees. There is AC & a powerful, adjustable ceiling fan. The guest room is in the front of the house but the lovely street out front is really quiet. Hosts were readily available via email before my stay and by text during my stay and answered my questions about the city. They let me store my bags at the house all day before my late flight out.

Well this place is amazing, location, style, service just everything is just perfect. Would never look for anywhere else to stay in Philadelphia because you could not get better. Thanks Mickey for sharing your beautiful home.
