We enjoyed staying in this gracious older home with a spacious bedroom and attached bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is close to the trolley stop making getting into the city very convenient. Kun is a pleasant and welcoming host.

We enjoyed our stay with Kun while visiting PHL. His place is very clean and quiet. Kun was very help with answering questions about the area. We would definitely recommend his place and would be staying again for our next trip to PHL

A very beautiful House in a quiet neighbourhood with crickets and frogs singing you to sleep, but the best of all is the very helpful and friendly owner Kun. He made me feel so special all the time and set my fear for the unknown of a new city at ease by fetching me at the airport at midnight. Now that is special care and walking an extra mile for your client. I was also explained in detail how to use the tram and train and I did it all the time with never getting lost. I even had the privilege to share a breakfast one morning with him and his boyfriend. Everyone visiting the city of brotherly love will experience this slogan with Kun at his stately abode with a lush garden of dahlias and roses! Truly my best stay in the States ever.
