House is a single family one story luxury villa built in 2017. It is located off exit 28 of interstate 83. Ten min drive or Uber to York and 20 mins to the state capital Harrisburg. I had a great experience staying with Brian. He wasn't home when I arrived, but he sent me thorough arrival notes. So I felt really comfortable settling myself in. The house is quiet and cozy, with lots of little touches of beauty inside and out. The bed has a deluxe mattress topper, so I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. When Brian arrived, we chatted for about an hour before I headed to bed. I really enjoyed his company and felt totally at ease in his home. I would definitely stay here again!

Brian's place is immaculately clean and very well appointed. It was a great place to unwind and the fireplace, hot tub and super comfy bed were a welcomed end of week retreat! Brian was an excellent host.

Brian is a wonderful host. He was very helpful to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. The room had everything that I needed - coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. It is so beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable. I slept so well. The bathroom is spotless, a large one and decorated very well too.

Great experience. His A+ home is immaculate and a short drive into town. Nice and quiet. A perfect location midway between Harrisburg and Gettysburg. The hot tub was fantastic after doing tourist activities all day. Full use of kitchen. Brian is super nice.

The house and patio are very nice, clean, and well decorated. The appliances are up to date and high-end. The hot tub is fantastic and worth the visit. Room has everything one needs with a comfy bed. Host for the most part is very nice and a good person but reserved. My first night was awesome! Second night not so much, misunderstanding with host. I would still highly recommend, just check with host's expectations.

Communication with Brian was excellent. Entry was via an electronic keypad on the doorknob. His home is in a new community, and the night was extremely quiet. I was up several hours late night reading, and never heard a sound. The room and the bathroom we're both clean and we'll appointed. It is only a couple miles off I-83. Would stay here again if overnighting in the York, PA area.

Beautiful place to stay when visiting York. Bedroom had its own tv or you could watch the 65 in the living room. I will stay there again when visiting York.
