Located right on Susquehanna river. This home offers a 14X14 private room. We are located less than a mile to downtown, that's approximately 10-15 minutes walking distance..You have your own private bedroom on the third floor. There is full bathroom on the 2nd floor and half bathroom on 1st floor.
The house is 2,100 square feet, has 1 balconies and back patio area , sitting area and a hot tub. We try to keep the house and property clean and expect our guests to do the same. The house was built in the 1880's. We basically renovated the house with an aesthetic that merges traditional colonial with a more modern yet classic feel. The kitchen has all new appliances and there is central AC on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

Your room is approximately 14X 14. It has a queen size bed with a closet, a dresser, a desk. We have installed a box AC in the room that easily keeps it cool. In the cold season, the room has ab electric wall
