While we want you to feel at home, here are a few important guidelines to ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay: ⸻ ✅ Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: After 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • Early check-in / late check-out must be approved in advance. ⸻ 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Guests & Visitors • Only registered guests may stay overnight. • No unregistered visitors without prior approval. • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. ⸻ 🔇 Quiet Hours • Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No loud music, parties, or events. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol • No smoking or vaping inside the house. • Smoking is permitted outdoors—please dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Moderate alcohol consumption is welcome; drug use is strictly prohibited. ⸻ 🐾 Pets • No pets allowed — unfortunately, due to severe allergic reactions, we cannot accommodate animals. Thank you for understanding. ⸻ 🧹 Cleanliness & Respect • Please use the back door only. • Please treat the home with respect and clean up after yourself. • No outside shoes or sandals beyond the kitchen foyer. (indoor sleeper/sandal available upon request) • Feel free to cook lightly, but please ensure that you maintain a clean and organized kitchen and clean up after yourself. • Wash dishes or load the dishwasher after use. • Place used towels in the hamper or laundry basket or leave it in the room. • Report any damages immediately. • Request if you want to move any furniture. • Occasionally, packages and letters are stolen. Please consider placing any package or mail you find outside your house inside the house. • We’re a Clothing-Optional house, so feel free to come as you are, as long as you stay in our private area, including the back porch (with the jacuzzi). Just remember to stay within the bounds of the law. ⸻ 🔐 Security • Always make sure the doors locked and when you leave. • Do not share the access code with anyone outside your group. • Upon checkout, please turn off all electronics, including the AC/heater. ⸻ 🚫 Prohibited • No illegal substances or activities. • No parties, events, or commercial photography without prior approval. • You must be LGBTQA+ friendly. ⸻ 🛋 Our House Vibe • No strict rules—just be kind, tidy, and respectful. • You’re welcome to hang out and chat if I’m around—I love good conversation! • If you need anything or forgot something, don’t hesitate to ask. • I respect your privacy—feel free to relax and retreat to your room when needed.
